Believe it or not we actually shot these photos over two days. Luckily it was warm outside, because we waited until after dark. We wanted that stark effect for the black and white photos. The best images from that shoot will appear in the newsletter - and they are great!
The main problem with these photos are, of course, my pants...

Not just that they are white, but we wanted a real stylized look to the newsletter photos. So I wore them on my hips and we adopted a very snooty demeanor. But I loosened my belt for the shoot and as my pants got wet, they went south. |

Like I said the newsletter photos are very snooty, but no matter how hard we tried we could not be snooty with water pouring on us. |

Thankfully the night was warm but the water was very cold. And I think we took over 100 photos! Each night! By the end of of each shoot we would run back into the house laughing like children! |

For the last set of 10 photos, we threw the umbrella away! These we the longest 10 photos ever! It was absolutely worth it. When we finished, had dried off and gotten the blood flowing again, we could not believe how silly we had just acted. We felt like children, and for a few moments, had no cares in the world.
I highly recommend playing in the sprinkler as a remedy for what ails you!
Thanks and Grab A Big Slice!
