1/2 cup butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 box rice chex cereal
1 pound powdered sugar

1. Melt the butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a sauce pan over low heat.

2. Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl. Pour the melted ingredients over the Chex and coat thoroughly.

3. Pour the powdered sugar into a paper bag. Add the chocolate covered cereal and shake.
