1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 eggs
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
8 cups chopped cabbage (or packaged slaw)
1 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
1 cup sour cream
1. Blend dry ingredients, set aside.
2. Beat two eggs in saucepan with whisk until smooth.
3. To the eggs, add 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar.
4. Add dry ingredients and blend.
5. Add 1/2 cup boiling water.
6. Put saucepan over medium heat, bring to boil. Stir constantly until boiling. Remove from heat.
7. Add 1 cup sour cream. Stir the entire mixture into the slaw.
8. Just before serving add the dried cranberries.
