white chocolate and orange dipping sauce

2/3 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons super-fine sugar
6 ounces white chocolate chips (we used Ghirardelli)
finely grated rind of one orange

1. Heat the cream with the butter and sugar in the top of a double boiler. Stir unitl smooth, cool slightly.

2. Pour the white chocolate chips and the orange peel into the cream mixture. Stir until melted and smooth.

3. Remove from heat and serve. Delicious with our beignets.
