salad
1 package of broccoli slaw (or 3 - 4 stalks of fresh broccoli)
3 stalks of celery, chopped
3/4 cups sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup craisins (or raisins)
dressing
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1. If using fresh broccoli, remove the florets from the stalks. They will not be used in this recipe. Using the grating disk, grate the stalks in a food processor.
2. In a large bowl mix all of the salad ingredients together.
3. Add the dressing and toss.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
